Kolos Cement Ltd is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Officer to join our team.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers and cloud systems
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender
• Support cybersecurity, backups and disaster recovery
• Provide technical support for ERP and business applications
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and escalated support requests
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers
• Participate in IT, digitalisation and cybersecurity projects
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support to the IT Support Officer and IT Technician / Helpdesk
• Support IT operations across our various sites
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, audit activities and cybersecurity remediation actions
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, system configuration and IT asset records
• Analyse recurring incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of IT services

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field
• 4–6 years of practical IT experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems administration
• Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, Intune, cybersecurity and cloud technologies
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another enterprise ERP system is a strong advantage
• Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, Fortinet, CCNA, ITIL or ISO 27001 will be an advantage
• Exposure to ISO 27001 and multi-site or industrial IT environments will be an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues
• Willingness to support different operational locations when required
